B棟社區教育中心（原煤油桶倉庫）

 研判與A棟為同一年代建築，平面七開間採長方形配置，於殼牌公司

 時期儲存煤油桶。磚造承重牆採放腳基礎，牆厚達36公分，以「紅

 甓磚」及「土漿」（黏土拌合石灰砂漿）疊砌。屋面的銅製自然通

 風裝置可有效排放油氣，本倉庫為園區唯一具備此種特性通風構造

 的建築。

  Building B (former kerosene case storage)

  Building B and Building A are thought to be built in the same year.

  Building B contains seven rectangular rooms used mainly used for

  storing kerosene barrels. The brick bearing walls are made of red

  bricks and soil clay mixed with a lime mortar plaster constructed

  on a foundation thirty-six centimeters thick. The copper roofing

  provides a natural ventilation for the oil and gas and is the only

  building in the park with this structure.
